Open the Zoom program on your computer.  Click the Sign In button.



Enter your username (email address) and password.



The Zoom program window will open


Hosting a Meeting Immediately

  1. Click on New Meeting
  2. A window will open showing your video feed


Next, you need to "invite" participants to your meeting.

Click the small up-arrow on the Participants icon and select Invite.

 


Click the Copy Invite Link button (lower left).


Open Outlook, create a new message, add invitees and paste the invite link into the body section of the email message.


They will click on the link in their email and be able to join your meeting.
