Go to the Zoom website https://www.zoom.us and click the Sign In link at the upper right
Hosting a Meeting Immediately
- Click on Host a meeting
- Choose With Video, Without Video or Screen Share Only
- Click on Open Zoom (in the popup message)
Your camera should open up a screen to whatever you chose (with or without video)
Next, you need to "invite" participants to your meeting.
Click the small up-arrow on the Participants icon and select Invite.
Click the Copy Invite Link button (lower left).
Open Outlook, create a new message, add invitees and paste the invite link into the body section of the email message.
They will click on the link in their email and be able to join your meeting.
