Please try the following instructions for help in setting up your district email on your phone or device.

If you are still unable to get your email set up after following the steps below, create a ticket.


  • Enter the SETTINGS menu
  • Select ADD ACCOUNT
  • Select EXCHANGE

  • Type your full email (Example:
  • Enter a description LHUSD email
  • Click NEXT in the upper right corner

  • You will see a pop: “Sign in to your “” Exchange account using Microsoft?” select SIGN IN
  • Enter your Password then select NEXT

  • Note: If you receive the error: “Cannot verify server identity” select DETAILS then


  • Enter Server: WEBMAIL.LHUSD.ORG
  • Domain: LHUSD
  • Username: Your first initial and last name (Example: JSMITH)
  • Password: Enter Your Password
  • Select NEXT
  • You will now see blue check marks down the right side of the screen.

  • Select what items you want synced to your phone (Mail, Contacts, Calendar and Notes)

  • Select SAVE
  • Go to your mail app and look for an account labelled LHUSD email


You’re all set. Your email will begin syncing now.
