Reset district password from home (off district campuses)

From outside the district, go to the link below to reset your password for your network login, Office 365, Teams, and more.

https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

• Enter your LHUSD email address using the firstinitiallastname@lhusd.org format. 
• Type in the letters you see (matching upper and lower case) 
• Click the NEXT button

Next, select how you would like to receive a verification code

• alternate email address (you will have to check your email to get code before you can continue the reset process)

or

• mobile phone you receive texts on

For either option, you will prompted to enter a verification code (this example is for texting to a phone).

Enter your mobile number – click TEXT, enter the texted verification code – click NEXT

Enter your new password, then confirm it by entering it again.  Click FINISH.  

You should be able to now log into your account without waiting.
