Using the HelpDesk Guides

The HelpDesk Guides provide instructions on how to use programs within the district and/or at home.


** NOTE: these categories and instructions are updated as needed to fit the ever-changing needs of the district. If you don't find a solution here - please put in a ticket.




Categories have been created to help organize the instructions.


Under each category, you will see a subcategory with a number off to the side.

That number represents the number of help files found within that subcategory.
